450 GPD Reverse Osmosis Pumped Panel Mounted System

£476.00£743.00 including VAT

Our 450 GPD Large Reverse Osmosis System is one of the most comprehensive systems we have designed. This full sized system will supply pure, high quality water on demand for use in a variety of applications including Aquariums, Dental Studios, Hydroponics, Window Cleaners, Car Detailing and many more industries. The high production rate of this system will meet the most demanding requirements. This environmentally friendly system recycles 50% of the waste water resulting in a low wastage to product ratio.

This Reverse Osmosis system comes with triple membranes and a range of water connections to choose from, this RO system will produce 450 Gallons Per Day and will remove an average of 97 – 99% of tap water contaminants.

This RO system includes three pre-filtration stages. The first stage your tap water will pass through is a sediment filter which will remove and reduce sediments including rust, dirt, silt and sand etc. The second stage is a carbon block filter which will remove chlorine and other volatile organic impurities. The third stage is a Chlorplus Carbon filter which will target chlorine and chloramines, volatile organic compounds and chlorination by-products. It will also minimize petrochemical by-product dichloroacetonitrile, ethylene dibromide and insecticides. This Chlorplus filter will provide a greater chloramine performance capacity that granular carbon. After these three pre-filtration stages, your water will pass through the triple Reverse Osmosis membrane where the main filtration will take place. This will reduce and remove between 97 – 99% of contaminants.

This system has the additional option of a Deionisation stage. Should this option be added, a DI Vessel will complete the Reverse Osmosis process by polishing the water.

A Submersible Transfer Pump is also an additional accompaniment to this system. Should this option be added, our pump will transfer clean water from a holding tank to a working tank.

This system is fitted with a pressure gauge as this is critical for system maintenance and problem solving. Should you encounter any issues with your system, the PSI reading is vital to solve any potential problems that might arise.

All our Reverse Osmosis Systems come fully tested and ready for use with all the necessary components as well as an installation guide. This guide will provide all the information required for quick and easy installation and maintenance. Our installation guide can be found here.

This system includes the Reverse Osmosis filters and membrane. We recommend replacing the filters every 6 months and replacing the membrane every 1-5 years when the TDS levels rise. Replacement filter sets for this system can be found here. Replacement membranes can be found here.

Gallons Per Day (GPD)
This refers to US gallons per day. One US Gallon is equal to 0.832674 Imperial Gallon. For example: 1 US Gallon = 0.832674 Imperial Gallons, 50 US Gallons = 41.63 Imperial Gallons, 75 US Gallons = 62.45 Imperial Gallons, 100 US Gallons = 83.27 Imperial Gallons and 150 US Gallons = 124.90 Imperial Gallons.
