This high quality string wound sediment filter is made from pure polypropylene and non-woven polyester which features thermally bonded micro fibres of pure polypropylene. This filter has an extra high capacity and is fully durable.

This filter is typically used as a first stage pre filter within reverse osmosis and is designed to remove sediments and particles such as dirt, silt and rust. As this filter has more surface area more contaminants will be removed. String wound sediment filters are ideal for use in domestic settings for drinking water and beverages, fine chemicals and light industrial applications as well as electronics and plating solutions.

This string wound sediment filter is available in 10 inch, 20 inch, 10 inch Big Blue and 20 inch Big Blue. This filter is available is micron rating 10, 20 and 50. Our sediment filters will fit most standard Reverse Osmosis Systems and Filtration Systems. .

String wound sediment filters are highly effective at removing impurities and contaminants. These water filters are made out of 100% non-woven polyester. There are no binders, glues or additives that could cause side effects in water processing applications. This filter has excellent chemical resistant, high dirt holding capacity, no leachables with food grade ingredients and is competitively priced.
