Commercial 4040 Reverse Osmosis System with Pump

£1,284.00£1,560.00 including VAT

Our 4040 Reverse Osmosis System is a manual commercial RO System and is suitable for use in all applications where pure water is required. This system is ideal for window cleaners, aquatic applications and much more. This high output Reverse Osmosis System uses a commercial 4040 membrane along with sediment and carbon pre-filters. This heavy duty system can produce between 900 to 2000 gallons of water every day, depending on water pressure. This 4040 system will remove an average of 97 – 99% of tap water contaminants. This Reverse Osmosis system has a waste to product ratio of 1 to 4 at 65 PSI.

This Reverse Osmosis system comes with two pre-filtration stages. The first stage is a sediment filter which will remove and reduce sediments including rust, dirt, silt and sand. The second stage is a high volume chlorplus carbon filter. Our 4040 systems as standard include a high quality chlorplus filter however the option to change this to a standard carbon filter is also available. The chlorplus filter will target chlorine and chloramines, volatile organic compounds and chlorination by-products. After these two pre-filtration stages, your water will pass through the industrial Reverse Osmosis membrane where the main filtration will take place. This will reduce and remove between 97 – 99% of contaminants.

It is important to note that this system requires good water pressure to receive the maximum production output. For customers with water pressure below 65 – 70 PSI we have included a pumped option with this system.

This system is fitted with a pressure gauge as this is critical for system maintenance and problem solving. Should you encounter any issues with your system, the PSI reading is vital to solve any potential problems that might arise.

This system also comes with a standard flush kit and a manually set flow restrictor. Using this flush kit will help extend the life of the Reverse Osmosis membrane by keeping this free from the build up of impurities and contaminants. We also offer our customers the option of an auto flush kit, at an additional cost.

All our Reverse Osmosis Systems come fully tested and ready for use with all the necessary components as well as an installation guide. This guide will provide all the information required for quick and easy installation and maintenance. Our installation guide can be found here.

This system includes the Reverse Osmosis filters and membrane. We recommend replacing the filters every 6 months and replacing the membrane every 1-5 years when the TDS levels rise. Replacement filter sets for this system can be found here. Replacement membranes can be found here.

Gallons Per Day (GPD)
This refers to US gallons per day. One US Gallon is equal to 0.832674 Imperial Gallon. For example: 1 US Gallon = 0.832674 Imperial Gallons, 50 US Gallons = 41.63 Imperial Gallons, 75 US Gallons = 62.45 Imperial Gallons, 100 US Gallons = 83.27 Imperial Gallons and 150 US Gallons = 124.90 Imperial Gallons.
