Pentex SPE Pleated Cellulose Polyester Filter Cartridge

Pentek SPE Pleated Cellulose Polyester filter is an economic, versatile and high flow capacity pre-filter. The large surface area of the pleat creates a filter with enhanced dirt holding capacity. This filter is pleated around a polypropylene core for added strength with the ends immersed in a thermo-setting vinyl plastisol. By embedding and sealing end of the pleat in this way fuses the components together forming a unified end cap and gasket.

SPE series cartridges are manufactured from a special formulation of resin impregnated with cellulose and polyester fibres. This unique blend of materials provides a higher wet strength than regular cellulose cartridges. It also provides high flow rates and dirt holding capacity, while maintain extremely low pressure drop.

Pentek SPE Pleated Cellulose Polyester filters have been designed to replace CP and HFCP Series cartridges.

Pentek SPE filters will fit most standard Reverse Osmosis systems and Filtration systems.
