Guidelines for using the Multi Stage Large Reverse Osmosis Pump
Do not allow the pump to operate without an active water source and run dry. This will damage the pump. The only time that a pump would run without an active water source is with the installation of a low pressure switch. This will automatically switch off the pump when the water flow is turned off.
We also advise that the pump is mounted permanently. This will stop any vibrations from the pump resulting in damage.
Should you have any problems or issues with your pump we will ask for evidence of the above guidelines for any damage to be covered under warranty.
